1 UK telephone numbers include free inbound calling. US telephone numbers incur inbound calling charges that will deduct from your pool of available minutes. Flat-rate inbound US calling plans are available at additional charge.
2 Minutes are flat-rate and may be used for worldwide outbound calls or call forwarding. In some cases, minutes may be used for inbound calls as well.
3 Setup on basic features is free (excluding E911), but usage and/or service charges may apply.
Note: Home Voice-over-IP service is not a “traditional” telephone service. In the event of a power failure, equipment failure or internet connection failure, you will not be able to make or receive any telephone calls using your VoIP service. Furthermore, E911 service is available within the United States of America, upon request and at additional cost. Emergency services calls from customers who do not subscribe to E911 service will not be completed. This does apply to those customers outside of the United States. Finally, while we are pleased to offer number porting services within the US and the UK, it is important to note that, once a number has been ported to a VoIP provider, while it may be ported to other VoIP providers, it is currently not possible to port it back to a wireline carrier.
